Watch all of season 2. You will kill yourself laughing. And for a writer, there is a tremendous amount to learn. All the gags/scenes I dissected above are laugh out loud funny when you see them -- of course what I've written kills the funny, but is meant to be read after you've watched the show for the pure pleasure of it and there is an unbelievable amount of pleasure to be gained from watching this show. 30Rock is incredibly funny.
