Thanks for posting these. The showrunners all seem smart and creative, but it’s astounding that they’re all white men. I expect to see their secretaries in the background typing on IBM Selectrics and answering the phone, “Sterling Cooper!”

I know. There’s an amazing uniformity among them — in skin tone, sex, age, clothing style… I love listening to what they have to say, but I hate what that part says about the industry.
